Refund & Shipping Policy
At Tiny Webbers, clear and effective communication is crucial when placing an order for invertebrates. We are committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction and offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) exclusively for overnight shipping via FedEx. However, this guarantee is only valid if you are available to receive the package(s) upon delivery.
To ensure the validity of the LAG, proof of Dead On Arrival (DOA) must be provided within 2 hours of delivery. This proof can be in the form of pictures or a video. We strongly recommend creating an unboxing video to facilitate the replacement of any deceased animals.
Our shipping schedule runs from Monday to Wednesday, excluding holidays. To ensure the well-being of the invertebrates during transport, temperatures must remain within the range of 45 to 90 degrees. FedEx hub pickup is recommended when temperatures are below 45 degrees or above 90 degrees. Heat packs are required for temperatures below 45 degrees and cold packs are required for temperatures above 90 degrees, both at an additional charge.
Tiny Webbers will not replace any DOA if hub pickup is denied. LAG is only honored for FedEx hub pickups. LAG is not offered for 2 Day FedEx delivery.
Refunds and Cancellations
FedEx does not offer reimbursement for lost packages or Dead on Arrival (DOA) animals.
In the case of a DOA animal, exclusive of shipping costs, we will provide a free replacement or a refund.
If a replacement animal is requested, the buyer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee.
Once an order has been placed, cancellations and shipping charges cannot be refunded. However, the cost of the animal will be refunded.
